"Overall, the experience of building our home went well. We are generally happy with the work. A few quality comments would be, the way the pipes come out of the front or roadside of the house and where they put the DTW box on the front/roadside of the house prefer preference would have been for all of these items to go out the side of the house. Some of the electrical switches seem to be up and down not symmetrical, the cupboard door handles are a little bit off, not evenly placed. The smoke alarms went off maybe a battery problem or a defective alarm and the furnace had to have a new motherboard which is a little surprising at the onset of a new house. The project manager did go above and beyond and placed a TV mount on the fireplace, which was helpful. We are really enjoying the beauty of our chimney and the stone work and craftsmanship that was done. The project manager was very helpful and worked with the electrician for the installation of our hot tub. Thank you for all your hard work overall we had an excellent experience. "
