The purpose of this plan and idea book is to answer prospective homebuilders’ most frequently asked questions, as well as provide ideas for the design of a new home or cottage. This booklet contains some of the best knowledge we have gained over our company's 50+ years of existence, and it is our sincerest hope that you will benefit from the effort we have put into this book.
There are only two limiting factors when it comes to designing your dream home: your imagination and your wallet. Remember, it doesn’t require spending any money to find out how much your imagination costs! Plus, don’t get stuck thinking you have to stay within the confines of a specific plan or design. Think of blueprints as pieces to a home, rather than an entire home that can’t be changed. Choosing a design-builder will give you the freedom to mix and match as many pieces as you like to create the perfect house to fit your needs.
