The Butterfield just sounds charming, and the house lives up to its name. To start with, the two-car garage ensures that there is plenty of room for outside equipment outside the house. Through the main entrance, an optional study/bedroom is accessible on the left. The Butterfield also contains a connected living and dining area, complete with a fireplace. A kitchen and a cozy breakfast nook check all the mealtime requirements.

The other side of the house features a master suite, with a bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet, as well as a private entrance to a covered porch outlooking the back yard. Another bedroom/bathroom combination completes the Butterfield.
