Not all home plans have multiple floor choices. With a DeShano home, the possibilities are infinite; the Clare II is just one example of our choose-your-own-adventure style.

The first floor includes an uber-sized living room, adjoining a spacious dining room. Coupled to the dining room is your beautiful kitchen, complete with an island and surrounding counters. A bathroom and laundry room complete the first story.

The second floor offers you your choice of three bedrooms and two more bathrooms (as well as a walk-in closet), or an expanded set of bedrooms, with the second bathroom and walk-in closet removed. Mix and match to your liking!
