"Very good!!! I was very nervous about undertaking this project but it has always been a dream of mine to build a home. This year I turned 75 and it was our 50th wedding anniversary July 5 so there's no time like the present. It took us quite a while to find a house plan that would work out on the property and something we could afford. We had an estimate from another company and they were beyond our budget and so when we approached DeShano we really were a bit apprehensive. We came to our appointment with plans in hands, thinking we may not be able to use them and would need to use a DeShano plan. Wow, we were thrilled that it was in our budget and decided to move forward. I have heard horror stories about having a home built but we had so much fun and found the whole experience rewarding. You have a very nice company with good people who want to do a good job and that is all we can ask of anyone. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to provide us with a lovely little home. "
